I really need help!

So I got my self a new PC:

Asus M5A97 R2.0
Asus R9 270X DcU2 2GB
AMD FX X6 6300 3.5GHz
Patriot Viper3 8GB 1600Mhz
Corsair CX500M
WD Caviar Blue 1TB
Kingston V300 60GB SSD

After the assembly and installing the drivers the PC worked fine. Yesterday I tried to turn it on but it wouldn't boot, no beep, no display. So I got the GPU out and the battery. That helped. This morning I tried to turn it on. Again the same except this time getting the battery out didn't help, and I just can't get it to boot.

I've noticed that the CPU fan is not spinning.

I have tried some basic solutions:

Remove battery - no help
Remove RAM - no help
Remove CPU fan cable to get the warning beep. - no help

Someone PLEASE help!

Oh and the pc is brand new, I got it 2 days ago..

Hi

1)do you mean you built it from a kit of parts?
or
2) or it was built by some one else?
3)was it collected from a store ?
4) or shipped by carrier? (damage in transit?)

if second 2) get supplier to do diagnostics & fix it?
(to avoid supplier saying you broke it while trying to repair it)

if you built it yourself follow all the steps in the FAQ

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems

check the PSU first,
then check the case power switch is connected to motherboard pins & working
