Ok. To inform you, I already have a gaming PC. Just want something to game on when I am traveling. And since I am doing this, I really need portability and a good amount of battery life (say 5 hrs). No need for price. Just need something to last for 2-3 years and can game the latest games like battlefield 4 and assassins creed black flag. And maybe upcoming games like far cry 4 and gta v.

The best option for you is the nivida shield as it can stream the games from you desktop to the tablet. It is portable and will be able to play all the games as it designed for it. Of course the fps will depend on the connection strength. The reason why I am say this instead of a laptop is that most laptops that are portable and are made for gaming have heating or sound issues. Plus their lifespan is very short. Also they are very expensive.
If you must have a laptop then go for one of the barebones laptops as they offer good performance for their price.
