CPU & GPU combination confusion

I have many options for my budget. These are
i3 4130 or fx 6300 + 660 or 265
Fx 4300 + 270 with boost
i5 4430 + 260x.
Please dont ask to increase my budget.
I will play games and run many others designing apps like blenders & PS Cs6.
Won't gonna upgrade anything for 3 years.

The last option, with the i5, is your best bet as it the fastest CPU out of your four CPU choices, but the 260X is a bit weak for gaming.

I forgot to mention that my monitor will be a 1366×728.
Will 260x will be good at this resolution

It own't be too shabby, but if you can get a R9 270, it would be better.

Due to my budget I can get ,270 if I go with a fx4300 which is weak.
That's why the i3 with 660 is on top on my list for now. But some say i3 is not future proof that's made the confusion. Should go with fx6300 with 660 or 265.
I cant make a better pair for my budget other than those included above.

The i5 with the 260X would still be the best choice as it's one of the most powerful sub-200$ CPUs and it CRUSHES any FX (except for the 9590

).
