Will fans directly connected to PSU continue spinning after computer shutdown?

I am thinking of adding side fans to my case.
However the problem is that my motherboard does not have any pins left to connect.
If I connect the side fan directly to the PSU, will it still spin even after the computer shuts down? After all, the PSU's job is just to deliver power to whatever component it is connected to.

There are many ways to cop with issue which you have:

Option 1

Use the Y Cable Fan Splitter. In this way you can use many fans on a single fan header on your mobo
