I am looking to build a good streaming pc (Xbox) that needs 2 ghz for the capture care( required), and needs to be less than 550 including win7

Any system could handle this rearly as long as it was a decent quadcore and at least 4GB DDR3 1333mhz cheap sata HDD drive windows 7 64bit shouldn't cost any more then £350 if I'm honest if you are HD Video rendering the xbox content have 8GB ram it helps alot my old phenom 2 good handle this so any old quadcore should be fine as long as its DDR3 :)
