I think I will go for the 850W instead cause like i said I'm new so I don't really know what I'm doing.

Let's start with your budget. You have some really nice parts but you can save some money and gain performance by not overpaying. For example, the ASUSMmaximus VII Hero is a great motherboard. However, I can't think of a reason a first time CPU builder would need a $200 motherboard when a $130 motherboard will suffice.
