The two files listed are the interface to all the hardware in the system
and the interface to all user mode files in the system.


I would have to look at the actual memory dump file to get a clue what changes to make to fix the problem.

All you can do in the mean time:
run memtest86 on memory
update BIOS,
update drivers,
update windows files
do malware scan
