I dident get a really good answer before but i was wondering how many fps i will get on Day z while recording with this Case: Corsair 200R

Ah, Day Z standalone is not that well optimized but about 40ish while recording. Quick thing, did you all ready buy your GPU? The 970 dropped and its a little cheaper then the R9 290 and about 15% better.
