Gtx 770 black screen

My asus dc2oc2gb gtx770 crashes and black screen in boot,and after sleep mode.
When i setup pcie slot speed gen1 or gen2:no problem.Performance down 5-6%,and random crash nvidia display driver.
Latest vga and motherboard bios install.
All driver latest and install... :(
Please HELP ME!!!

Get a different power supply. That's an extremely poor unit and is more than likely the cause. The FSP Raider is a Tier 4 PSU, which isn't exactly "replace immediately", but it's not better by much.

Aside from the PSU, you could very well have other driver issues that are causing a GPU conflict and crashing the system. It doesn't have to be the GPU driver to cause a driver related crash.

Make sure the drivers for all your hardware are up to date. Go into device manager and make sure there are no "remarked" devices. If there are, update those drivers or otherwise correct the issue. Remarked means with an exclamation point next to the device or a question...

Try resetting your BIOS to default settings. Perhaps something there is causing you an issue.

Run SFC/Scannow and see if there are other system issues. (Ignore that it says windows 8 if you have 7, 7 uses the same command)
