& again which version is better ddr3 or ddr5 version for playing games?

Solution
As long as the motherboard has an available PCI-Ex16 slot (yours does), then the PCI-Ex16 graphics card is compatible with it. If you have the option between a card with DDR3 VRAM and DDR5 VRAM, all else being the same, you should opt for the card with DDR5 VRAM.

Unless it's a proprietary motherboard (say in a computer from Dell or ACER), then it should conform to the PCI Express standard which stipulates a maximum of 75 watts must be supplied through the PCI-Ex16 slot. Since your card only draws 65 watts max, it should work just fine.
