Hi everyone,

For a long time now I've what I'd call "issues" with my gaming mice peripherals, I own around 4-5 "gaming" mice and every mouse has "around the same" problem.

I will explain the issue shortly but first I will say I have looked around all over the internet etc, and haven't really heard of the same problem at all from anyone else.

My main genre of games are first-person shooters, the problem seems to be that for around a year maybe longer something changed with my computer in how my mouse peripherals behave. when gaming obviously you want to be able to maximize your ability and playing potential.

Basically my mice sensitivities and in-game movements do not feel correct to what they should be, it feels as if there is no "good" sensitivity out there for me. the main problem was when I first started gaming on PC around 2 years ago I had no problems whatsoever now any mouse I use isn't working properly.

(deathadder 2013, R.A.T 3, Gigabyte M6900, Perixx MX2000IIB) all of these mice have had the same issue at first I thought I had defects but I can now put it onto my computer for being the problem.

I have enhanced pointer set to "off", my setting is 6/11 I have tried many different surfaces and settings in-game which may have caused the issue. My main concern with this is that when I update my windows 7 (64bit) my mouse sensitivity always feels slightly different.

My specs are:
Fx 8350 4GHZ 8core
8GB DDR3 1600mhz
1TB WD Blue Drive 7200rpm
HD 7850 OC 2GB GDDR5
Corsair Cx650W PSU

Ideally I would like to find a solution whereby I can check to see if they are all working fine, or maybe reset properties or tweak my pc. Whatever way will fix this issue will make me very happy as this has been ongoing for a long long time.

if any details have been missed please ask.

sorry for the extremely long post,

Many Thanks,

Luke
