I an aurora r3 , bio version A05 ,service tag 209BJQ1 made in 2/11/2011. I went to setup by pressing f2 went to exit and pressed restore defaults. System now only gets to windows startup and doesnt completely finish and freezes. Then it spit back out at the set up and boot options screen. Is there a way to do a factory restore from the setup(f2)? Or are there any other solutions?

I assume that you are running Windows 7?
If so, just download an ISO image of the same version of Windows 7 on your computer from the authorized MS online distributor: Digital River and burn it to a DVD. Then do either a startup repair, or if that fails a repair installation like THIS. You can activate it with the activation key on the sticker on your machine after everything is running well.
