AH! My bad I didn't realize the currency wasn't in USD! but get either the Q6600 or the Q8300. The difference between the two is minimal. Go for the better buy

I see, so with r9 270x there will be NO bottlenecking right?

Say you have a really powerful cpu like a 4930k paired with a weak gpu like a gtx 650. In that case your gpu would be the bottleneck because your cpu cant actually push the gpu any further. Thats as basic as I can get with that.
