PSU Fan buzzing noise

Hi,I recently bought my computer like two days ago. When I stress the computer via Video playback or USB Midi in (mainly by USB), the PSU produces a buzzing noise. I recorded it if anyone wants to hear it. Other than that, the computer functions well.

My computer is 4790K, Z97X-UD3H, 8GB RAM and a Black HDD.

My PSU is Zalman ZM500-GV (is 80 PLUS Bronze)

It's 80 PLUS Bronze? that's the only reason I chose it. The original manufacturer (I tracked it down) is Enhance. They're well known.

However though, the only substitution here is the EVGA 430W 80 PLUS Standard.

Go for it?

They don't. Do you know of the noise in the Antec? And how better would that Antec be? (My power needs are satisfied by the Zalman; so the extra 50 watts are not a big deal)

Asking because the shop is 60 kilometers away.
