[SOLVED] firefox adblock plus issue

i have the adblock plus addon for firefox on mac. when firefox first starts up i can still see adds but then they go away either some how on their own or i refresh the page.

is there a way where i can make the adblock plus addon block ads right away instead of waiting for them to go away?

Maybe it's just taking a minute to load? Maybe its not set to load on startup? Try looking around in its settings for a little?

Either way adblock and adblock plus are two different extensions made by two completely different people and i suggest adblock over adblock plus. Its been much more reliable for me.
