So I here's my build:
Mobo: asus z87 pro
CPU: i7 4770 with stock heat sink/fan
Ram: 16gigs of hyperx genesis ram
Graphics: asus eah6450
Psu: thermaltake smart 750w

All the parts were bought off Craigslist and I hooked everything up last week and everything was ok and I was able to boot into bios. So then I decided to sold the gpu and buy a higher end one (which will come in a couple of days). So then I sold the old graphics and decided to try the parts one more time (so everything was the same except no dedicated gpu which I don't think is a problem because there is one integrated), now i hooked up everything and motherboard power led is on but when I try to turn on the system from the Mobo it has no response what so ever. What do you guys think the problem is?

Although you may have already done so...

Check the 24-Pin ATX Power Connector on the Motherboard and the 8-Pin CPU Power Connector. Make sure both are firmly and completely clipped in to their sockets. Even a very slightly loose cable can result in non-functionality. Ensure these cables 'click' into their sockets.
