Super low gpu ussage

I have GT 730 ddr3 128bit and i get extream low gpu ussage around 20-30% fps is 15-20 when playing BF4 unplayable. My Cpu is Pentium D 915... how can i get the gpu to 99% load?

That CPU is bottlenecking the GT 730. Anyways the GT 730 is a weak GPU and isn't exactly for heavy gaming. I think it's time for a system upgrade as others suggested.

You can but there's no point. Your system is below the minimum specifications to run that game. You will need a completely new computer.
