its the same issue with me to . but i have a good psu its a crossair cx750 (80+ bronze).
i have an high end rig with an asus z97 pro board
h100i liquid cooler
then 16gb ram
gtx 780oc gpu.
i checked my electical lines , they are fine . but havent yet check it with an amp meter .
and for safety i was planning to buy a apc power bank 1000 pro .
