Well the speed of the RAM doesn't effect gaming performance very much so you'd be better off getting RAM with more memory and getting 1333mhz or 1600mhz wont hurt. You should also keep in mind the CAS and RAS latency (ex. 10-10-10-10-24). The lower those numbers are, the better.
