Hello guys, i have 2 gtx 770 that i would like to use it SLI mode
also i have a corsair H100i for cpu cooler
What micro atx case do you recommend?
preferably windowed and the smallest posible.

I'm considering a corsair 240 air or a Fractal design node 804

What do you think guys? any suggestion?

Both of the cases you mentioned are great but I should warn you that in the Corsair Air 240 none of the graphics cards attached to the motherboard, can be screwed onto the case.Corsair instead uses a clip to hold them together. Personally I would be frightened to have two very expensive pieces of hardware secured by a metal clip instead of screws. Used mine for 6 days then returned it back since I couldn't watch my gpu's dangling :) Other than that it's a great case.

The Fractal design node 804 uses a lot of space for HDDs, which is great if you'll half of them, you could remove the cages but not sure what you'll fit instead.. It is small with too much stuff to fit in.

Not sure about the Corsair, but if it is like Ace251091 said, then I wouldn't go for it.

Coolermaster Elite 130 looks great, check it out http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mini-itx/elite130/

The Thermaltake looks awesome and has a removable motherboard tray something that's reminiscent of older times for me ;). You could also check the Aerocool Qs-101 or 102. It's about the same(not exactly as a PS4/XONE). I ordered it for my budget build and it's quite nice and small, since you can place it vertically or horizontally on your desk.
