hey guys I am having trouble with quality and streaming speed on my Toshiba Qosmio laptop x305
intel core 2 duo 2.00 ghz
windows vista 64 bit
4 gigs of ram
the problem is not the internet as my gaming desktop streams incredibly fast. we have a 10mbps download speed to a 1 mbps upload speed. plenty for streaming. i believe that the problem is some sort of software, driver, hardware issue. i have disabled hardware acceleration and tried to update all the drivers. just wondering if there is anything i haven't done yet. thanks guys

Try a clean Windows setup on it. If you are trying to stream HD stuff, the laptop may just be a bit too slow to handle it well, especially if it does not have a real video card but is using the Intel one. If you don't want to reinstall Windows, try a differen browser first.
