Okay so I am saving up a small sum of money and using abit from my birthday an upcoming Christmas. I'm looking for a fast performing gaming pc but also one that will last 5 years hoping, I've found a site that a like bearing in mind my initial budget is quite low but I will constantly be scraping money to upgrade and improve on it and just needed opinions on this in terms of future proofing, compatability in terms of upgrades and what I should upgrade/add to the build

Here is the link to the pc description page http://www.fiercepc.co.uk/index.php?p=product&id=3689

I will be getting the 2tb hdd instead of 1tb. All answers are appreciated.

There is very little point in buying an off the shelf 'gaming pc'. The GPU in that computer is awful, and will barely run games. LTT did a video about the pointlessness of it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sph6cjJeRdI&channel=LinusTechTips.
You are better off buying a cheap office PC, and putting in a low power GPU, such as a GTX 750ti, and perhaps a few fans, which will give you much better performance at a better price point

Could I not just replace the gpu? Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions I'm really new to all this, if really like to custom build but unfortunately my budget is quite low so I'm thinking that I do be getting a lot better hardware (such as the quad core 4ghz) than I would be able to afford if I were to custom build..
