Hello all!

Before the bios update everything was well, but I really can't make sense out of this one, so here it goes:

I've updated the bios on my gigabyte z87x-ud5h from f5 version to f9. OS is Windows 7.
Everything has gone completely according to plan, bios works perfectly and indicates the now updated version (f9).

However, I can't seem to boot from any device, nor from my ssd nor from a dvd/usb.
When trying to boot normally it get's stuck on "Starting Windows" screen.
When trying to boot in safe mode it gets stuck on "Loading Windows Files".
When trying to either recover or install a fresh windows it get's stuck fairly early on before even partitions come into play.

I'm honestly at a loss with this one, so any help would be hugely appreciated.
Please do say if extra information is needed and I'll provide asap.

Cheers
Johan

Literally 5 minutes after posting this I resolved it, feeling like a bit of a spanner now ._.
The bios update reenabled a dodgy hdd that was interfering with the boot process.
I should really send that drive back to WD

Sorry for the troubles :x
