My laptop has always had a problem where it would crash for no reason and I would then need to restart. But recently it has been worse. I turn on my computer and log in. I would not be able to open the start menu or click on any of the applications on the desktop. I can't even right click. I can use ctrl alt del and open task manager. From there I can see 100% disk usage. The programme that is using the most is Norton 360 but the goes down to 0.1. i have done all the usual things like disable superfetch and windows update. Also, I have a time limit of about 1-2 mins to do as much fixing as I can before the computer freezes. I then restart and try another solution. I have looked online at other solutions but nobody had exactly the same problem. My computer is Lenovo flex 14 if it helps. Help?
Thanks in advance.

Exactly as stated by yor computer: you need more storage or you can delete stuff. Free up 64 mb and it will run alot better. You should look in to moving alot of that data to a new external hard disk.

This is a new computer. Bar maybe 5 or 6 word documents there is hardly anything on it. There is nothing on the hard drive. Also I wouldn't be able to move the data onto another drive as I wouldn't be able to open the files. Any other suggestions?
