so i just got my R9 285 and i start up battlefield 3 and the frames drops to 12-20 and the gpu usage never gets to 100% so i tried other games like crysis and csgo and pay day 2 and still the same with every game i play. sooo can any one help me

cpu: amd fx-9590
motherboard: asrock 970 extreme 4
ram: corsair vengeance 1600 8GB (one stick of ram)
GPU: amd R9 285
PSU: cooler master g700
