That PC easily beats PS4 spec. Hell, even an R9 270 can beat PS4 graphics power.
Next upgrade though, go with Nvidia's Pascal, which will release in 2016. Unless AMD also offers unified memory by then.
Unified memory is the only place consoles are currently ahead of PC, and it CAN cause a bit of stuttering in some games, depending on the game and how much VRAM you have.
