I wouldn't push your luck on the stock cooler. The A10 brings the heat when overclocked. With adequate cooling you might get to around 4.2-4.5GHz CPU frequency Kaveri doesn't overclock that well compared to Richland and Trinity.

TT PSUs are notoriously bad, so I also wouldn't push your luck with overclocking the graphics card.

Had a look here http://www.hardocp.com/article/2014/07/14/asus_r7_265_dc2_gtx_750_ti_oc_1080p_review/10#.VEQ6h_nF8YE
Noticed that overclocked the card would use around 289 Watts, I believe from a little research that your cpu uses about 75-90 watts so i think it would be ok.
I went onto this site aswell to calculate how much you will need:http://www.coolermaster.outervision.com/PSUEngine2

it said 369Watt power supply is needed so i believe 500 will definitely be enough ontop of the OC card.

You have wrote about overclocking the CPU. He asked about overclocking the GPU
