LG or Benq gaming monitor?

Hey guys,

Im looking for a new gaming monitor anf im torn between the new (ish) LG 24GM77 and the Benq XL2411Z.

Both are similar in price and both are 144hz. There doesnt seem to be many reviews for the LG kicking about, so im here asking you guys for advice.

If its at all relevant I use an R9 290 gpu

I use the AOC G2460PQU, got it for about $250 CAD and it's awesome. You should consider this one. Tom's did a review of it not too long ago.

I considered the AOC but ruled it out for the lack of blur reduction. Its not a huge deal to me, but I have a decent monitor as it is and if Im gonna upgrade I want it!

Yeah, blur reduction seems to make a noticeable difference from what I've heard

I went for the Benq in the end.

Colours arent amazing on it but gaming at 144hz with my R9 290 is incredible! I wpuld even go as far as to say it has dramtically improved my play! Happy!
