is my PSU killing other components?

So i turned off my PC and turned it on... And no POST... This has happend before. So my question is did my PSU (Thermaltake TR2 ATX 700W) kill my component's? I need to know waht to replace so, any helpis appreciated. Thanks!

Maybe its just the PSU not providing enough juice to the components, so they cannot turn on. I would check the Voltages by going to the bios.

that is a tier 5 psu, ie, the absolute worst psus available on the market. they are pc killers and it isnt suggested to use them in any computer at all, let alone a gaming pc. get rid of it.

The thing is, it won't even show any thong on the screen nor will the keyboard light up.

if you are lucky, the psu is dead and it didnt take any parts with it
