About 4 years ago I built my first and only PC. I really didnt know what I was doing but it all worked out. I was able to play the games I wanted to even if not on the highest settings. I now would like to basically rebuild this PC using the same motherboard. I am doing this because of budget issues. I cannot afford to rebuy windows for a new motherboard.
So anyway the motherboard is an MSI 740GM-P25. I plan to buy 8gb of RAM. A new hard drive. A new power supply. And a new CPU.
These are the parts I'd like to put in.
CPU - AMD Phenom II X6 1055T
RAM- Kingston (2x4) 8gb KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX
HD - Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
Power Supply - Corsair TX650
Video Card- MSI R9 280x Gaming 3gb
My question to you all is, Will these work with my motherboard and all together in general? If not could you recommend parts that would?
