But the lack of overclocking hurts.

The Athlon 750K over clocked to 4.3ghz will be slightly better than the Pentium @ stock but the difference in GPU's average that back in favor of the Intel system. Atleast with the Intel based you have future CPU upgrades.

Yes with the first one I can upgrade to i7 latter when I save enough money.I just hope that this as it stands will be good for gaming? And also I'm afraid of overclocking :)

I5-4690 will be all you will need for that Motherboard, K series wont be worth the extra cash since you can't Overclock. Overclocking is very easy now and there are tons of guide and videos to walk your through it. Once you try it and find the fun in tweaking your system you will see what I mean.
