I want to sell my PS4 to upgrade my PC, and don't know exactly what to do. I have a few questions:

-Should I trade it in at Best buy, Amazon, or should I sell it on Ebay? I'd prefer cash or paypal, please.

-How much would I get from any of the scources (preferably more than 260).

-Is it really worth it?

Solution
- You should sell it on some public advertisement board IMO. Trade ins are almost never good deals, as they force you in spending money in the same shop you trade it in for, at least where I live. AFAIK Amazon works only with resellers and local shops, not sure about privates, and eBay is too feedback oriented for what you want to do (if you're a just registered user without any previous feedback, relatively no one is going to trust you, and thus buy from you).
Your best bet would be to put up a notice on a board of some kind, like what craigslist does in the US.

- Since it's a relatively new console, depending on how you kept it and on how many extras you're willing to part with (games, pads, peripherals, accessories), I'd say between...

It all comes down to how much you want for it and how much time your willing to put in.
amazon will buy yours from you for $283.41 (as of 11:27 10/19). if you sell it yourself on ebay you can ask whatever you want for it, but of course you will have to wait longer for someone to buy it. you nay never sell it if you price it a little too high.
best buy will take your ps4 for $278. You could also try gamestop. Thier trade-in aprasel page says they will give you $275 for just the hardware, $30 for each controller, and $8 for your charging dock or $2 for charging cable

So I would say go with gamestop, it is the best deal this time around.

- If it's worth it or not, it's subjective. I, for one, woukd keep it. I've bought 2 Xbox and 3 Xbox 360 only to drool behind particular exclusives and to frustrate myself over power button circuit burns or RRoD-related faults. Not going to do that error again... Others may think it differently.

I actually have a 100% rating on ebay for selling 3 things. I think I might be going the ebay route, and I'll stick to PC gaming for now. Planning on selling this for 330 and 15 bucks shipping, making a final sale of 315. More than enough. Thanks
