run the driver installer again and this time select uninstall then custom and remove everything. then run a regcleaner (ccleaner is good enough)
reboot and try installing the gpu driver again.

So uninstall amd compeletely and re install? The thing is i did have the beta of amd before i got the graphics, do you think its the beta conflicting with the amd 14.xx

the 14.9 drivers release earlier this month/end of last have an issue causing black screens and bsods.
they recommend you switch to the 14.4 drivers. (currently what im running after i had the random ccc panel crash.(also in the list)

known issues with 14.9 and the beta drivers.

Ummm its not even reading that i have my graphics on the comp.... lol

sounds like you didnt get all the tailings of the old install.
check your root directory of c: for a AMD folder(normally where the files are extracted by default but if you changed it go there instead) you should see 2 folders inside it. 1 labeled 14.9 and the other support. delete the 14.9 folder.
