Powering Case Fans From a Wall Outlet

I watched a video a while back (by Household Hacker) wherein the author builds a portable miniature air conditioning unit by putting a bunch of ice in a Styrofoam ice chest, plugging some dryer vents into it (to direct outgoing airflow) and plonking a small plug-in desk fan onto a cut-out in the box's lid.

That description may be... fuzzy, so here is the video for reference, if you care to see it.

I had a silly idea of arraying a set of spare 120mm computer case fans in a more permanent construction of this device, and I wonder if any of you know how I could rig them to plug into the wall, with or without an on-off switch of some sort, depending on how difficult it would be to add one.
 
Solution
I'd suggest a transformer - or a cheap PSU hot-wired to start. There are youtube videos on how to rig a PSU for bench power.

I would dispute the efficiency and utility of such a cooler though.
