my specs:
geforce gtx 750 Ti
intel pentium g630T @2.7ghz
4gb of ram

Highest setting at 1920x1080
What would the average fps
you could take out AA

While your GPU could get you at least 40fps (Assuming Black Flag) those 4GB of RAM will cause constant FPS drops everytime your system uses the virtual memory (usually AC4:BF uses around 6GB of RAM).

So I'd suggest you to get a total of 8GB of RAM.
