Title says it all
When the system is powered down my EVGA 780Ti reference card makes a
loud pop and the LED display flashes
Specs are
CPU Intel 4690K
CPU cooler Hyper Evo 212
Mother Asus Z97-A
RAM G-Skill Rip jaws x2 8gigs total
GPU EVGA 780Ti
PSU EVGA 1000 G1
OS Windows 8.1
It's been doing it since i built it
Is it normal? should i RMA the card for a new 780Ti
Or should i do a step up program for the new 980 ACX 2.0?
