As I know you have seen plenty of these before I will make sure you know the following:
■ Windows 7 Professional
■ Proxy Settings default to nothing at all (Which works, not well)
■ I have a custom script designed to give me complete control from the Login screen. The system settings are not default to nothing at all, infact they are correct, but my individual user settings are not
■ Yes I am trying to use Fiddler
■ And yes I know some jargon
■ Used AdwCleaner and I rarely disable Microsoft Security Essentials
■ Never used this website before, expect heavy editing on the information provided
