The only operating system I've ever used on this computer is Windows 7. But all of a sudden every time I start up it has begun to show the boot manager. I can't think what would have caused this. I've tried googling for solutions but it all just seems to give work-arounds (reducing the time limit before the default OS is autoselected for example). Thank you.

Solution
1. Open start menu and right click computer
2. Click properties
3. Click "Advanced system settings" on the right
4. Click "Advanced" tab and choose Settings under "Startup and Recovery"
5. Untick "Time to display list of operating systems"
