IS there still no USB fix for joysticks in windows 8 FSX

hey everyone, i understand windows 8 keeps dropping all joysticks for flight simulator x, as soon as you choose another window while flying, joysticks are no longer recognized when coming back into fsx tab. kinda odd!....

ive tried everything from disabling sleep settings to power management settings turning off anything to do with sleep in device managers.

why does this happen! and Its hard for me to roll back to windows 7 now..

I used 2 different joysticks on planetside 2, they both seem to work ok on windows 8. (as long as they were plugged in when the game started)
Microsoft flight simulator x came out in 2006, maybe their is a compatibility setting to get usb working correctly.
Also be sure to update your BIOS for USB fixes and update your CPU chipset drivers and any add on chipset drivers.
