Need Help trying to build my first gaming pc for 600$

i just had a topic yesterday about a gaming pc for 800 but my mom said the highest i can go is 600-650 so if anyone can help me i need a full gaming built pc that can play games in high quailty and that is able to hold a good frame rate while i record i also need a monitor with the build so if it makes it 700 thats okay size 20+ inches i would like to play in high quality even ultra if possible but if you can help me out and send me a link for pc partpicker that would help im not sure what the difference between intel and the other major processor brand is but as long as i can run my games smooth ill be happy and be able to record thanks for any and all who help and dont include a OS im going to install windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and note this is my first time ever building a PC or anything PC related so im a extreme noob

The difference between AMD and Intel processors are their Price/Performance comparison. AMd has okay performance for budget PCs and will serve you well. Intel have excellent performance but are for high budget computer build and have very little problems as well

tiny voices suggested better monitor, gateway 1080p and thats a well monitor, now ill give you more monitor for your options so i picked ViewSonic VA2246M 22" ; 1920 x 1080 ;16:9 ; 250 cd/m² ; 60Hz
and one more better monitor same spec as viewsonic but its an IPS led monitor
