Users folder not showing up (transferring data from old PC)

So I removed a 3.5 SATA hard drive from my PC and plugged it into an enclosure. I connected it to my mac and at first glance everything looked good but I then noticed it seems to be missing the Users folder so I can't get my data. There's a windows.old folder which does have the users folder but its contents are not what I need. I'm pretty confused. Also I downloaded Tuxera for mac and the issue persists. Here's an image to help explain.

Maybe the folder is hidden?
Try to display hidden files and folder by writing or copying this to the terminal:

sudo defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles YES

And then relaunch Finder
(You can re-hide them by replacing "YES" with "NO" and relaunching terminal)

Thanks for responding. I tried that and it didn't work. Any other ideas? I might just bring it to a PC repair place.

Hey so I installed Tuxera and with that I able to find the files by using finder search.
