PC Specs:
http://gyazo.com/29f2e7935ef5a1dddeaba3097d830276
Currently, my resolution is 1280x720.
Note: All my Graphics card drivers are up-to-date.
When I first built my computer, everything was perfect. Ever since I put in my graphics card (see picture above), I have had all sorts of problems.
First, the quality of the text and everything overall is very poor. Also, when I boot up my computer, it has an old Vista Green Bar loading screen. I have already tried their solutions (Putting a code into the CMD Prompt), nothing worked. Although, when I boot-up in safe-mode, everything seems normal again.
My last problem is when I bootup my computer, sometimes it will show a blank screen or even a teared one. The teared screen is kind of hard to explain, but it's basically a whole bunch of green lines blinking off and on again.
Before I had my graphics card in, my resolution was perfect and the loading screen was normal.
I have had this problem for about 6 months, and I REALLY want this problem fixed.
Big thanks to who reads this,
Josh
