So the windows 7 had discontinued. You mostly find windows 8 everywhere in all kinds of shops.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to talk about but I feel that it is a must to talk about this.
Well anyway, Get ready your popcorns and read.
So I've a friend. He claimed himself a 'tech geek' and he bought a pc for $2.5k.
One day, I went to camp his house.
It was a dell 27inch all in one touchscreen pc.
It is running intel hd graphics.
It is running hdd, with a score of 5.3 in WEI.
It has 16gb of ram.
It has i7 3770k and running windows 8.
Me: Is windows 8 any good?
Mark: Well Ya! Of course let me show you something cool!
He opened up microsoft word.
Mark: LOOK! I don't need a keyboard to type anymore. I can just touch! It is so satisfying and increases work productivity. This wireless keyboard is useless!
He said that as he threw the keyboard to the ground without worrying it will break.
He's a rich dearest comrade.
And as I was looking at him, touch typing one by one while standing up.
*Now here I'm seriously worried here about the future coz some people really believe that touch can do things more than a keyboard and mouse could.
I laughed and said Show me more.
He showed all of his family pcs.
It was all Dell.
It was all running windows 8.
I asked him why did he get dell.
He replied saying its super reliable and He's big FAN of DELL like seriously. ?_? Dell fan? Never heard of that.
He said he will never trust brands like asus because its from thailand.
I asked him if he had use windows 7 before.
He said no, he only used vista and 8 and 7 was discontinued before he can even try it.
I said windows 7 is actually better.
When he heard this, he laughed and said that was so old school days, and whatsapp to my whole class saying im crazy. The class didn't reply anything. It was total silence.
He was also using internet explorer to browse the web.
Well since I'm already camping in his house least i should have some fun right?
I asked do you have games
He said no
I asked if i can install league of legends to play.
He replied saying NO! IT WILL GET VIRUS!!! ?(????) what the f**k
I'll never camp his house anymore. NEVER...
