You should not have a problem fitting Frio OCK to Gryphon.
The problem you could have is not with the mobo but with the RAM module.
Try finding low profile RAM modules if you want to be sure or via trial+error.

i have a single 8 GB RAM, so i can change slot, this would solve the problem. As for the case, i have the Thermaltake Dokker, it could handle up to 162mm high CPU cooler, i think i will be oky since the Frio is 158.4 mm hight. Do you think it could make any problem on the GPU, since my GPU is on the first slot?

The GPU, usually not.
The space between proc to the PCIe x16 slots is usually not a problem.
Never had any problem regarding the space betwenn proc to GPU in the first PCIe x16 slot..
