there seems to be a bug where if you dont open a background application like Chrome for example, the game drops to 30fps in most areas. i also read in a forum about this problem. is anyone else having this problem. i have an i7 4770k oc to 4.3ghz and an R9 290 dcuii oc edition and i should be getting 60+ fps.
