Well , i wanted to build a gaming rig , dont know what component should i use
i want to play games at ultra settings at 900p about 60fps
note: i wanted to play games like battlefield 4 , crysis 3 , rome total war 2 , call of duty advance warfare , battlefield hardline or any next gen games.

You should probably wait a bit until 2015.
Anything you buy now will lead to disappointment.
GTX 960, R9 370X and Broadwell, all of the things that are of concern to you on this are coming in 2015.

But if you insist:
R9 270 : 150$
i3 4150 : 119$
MoBo : Gigabyte H81m-DS2 : 50$
RAM : 60$ oughtta get you something.
HDD : Another 60$
Monitor : 60-70$ will get you a decent 900P monitor.
PSU : Seasonic S12ii 50-60$

All under 600$ basically.
Still, I persistently suggest waiting it out a bit.
