I have a Dell XPS 420, the only model I could find on the motherboard was "Dell e1/e2". It is running Vista w/ an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4 GHz. I have a 375w power supply and a PCIe x16 slot for video card. It currently has an AMD Radeon HD 2400 graphics card. I'm wanting to upgrade the graphics card, hopefully to a 600 series Nvidia. I just don't know if it is compatible or not. I don't need top of the line, just need something to get another year or two out of it and be able to play my games. I'm currently trying to run Wasteland 2, but the game keeps crashing so I assume it's the outdated video card.
