we accidently did a system recovery, but it deleted every file, folder, picture....everything. is there anyway to get it back

no, it wasnt a cd system recovery....
you think they would still be gone for good?
there is a HP recovery on the computer that is pretty full, was hoping it was in there? but not sure how to access it?

When you do a system recovery you wipe it all out.

Are you sure you checked off the Deepscan option in Recuva? It should have found some things.
