CPU: i7 - 4770
Mobo: Asus Maximus VI Formula
CPU Cooler: H100i
GPU: ELSA GTX 980 4GB
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
PSU: GS600 Power Supply
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1600Mhz

I am thinking about changing my motherboard because it doesn't fit in with my blue setup. Do you think I should or is it a good motherboard. Also, do you think that this setup is good (why). Do you have any improvements except for the CPU?

Depends on what this system is intended for. Would be good for gaming at 1080p or 1440p. Changing the motherboard is up to you but that's a top tier board.

If you overclock, you can take the 970 GTX and oc. it to almost match the performance of the 980 GTX, but that is totally up to you, and that oc would probably require water cooling on the GPU, if you aren't good at doing stuff like that, and got the money, go for the 980.

Also, If I were you I would pick 16 gigs of 2100+ mhz ram instead of 32 gigs.
