I bought a coolermaster hyper 212 evo of my friend, but it hasn't actually been used. He did install it onto the motherboard, but realised the cooler was too big for his case so he had to take it out (so technically it hasn't actually been used).
Physically the cooler is fine, all parts including, thermal paste wiped off. One of the cooling fins was SLIGHTLY bent at the corner, but I just bent it back into shape.
So, still safe to use?
